City of Terrace
The City of Terrace is considered the Service Centre of Northwest British Columbia with its location in the centre of development.
About This Project
The City of Terrace, which was originally built around the forestry industry, now is a service and supply centre for Northwest BC. With its location inbetween the industrial town of Kitimat, the Port community of Prince Rupert, and the mining activity north on Highway 37, Terrace is the perfect location to serve all industry.
Terrace is the natural choice to take advantage of the development in the area. The Greater Terrace Area has a population almost double of the neighbouring communities, ensuring that you have access to a stable workforce and excellent amenities. Terrace headquarters the main training institution in the region, the Northwest Community College, and is home to the only University of Northern British Columbia satellite campus in Northwest BC.
