Prosperity Ridge is an exciting new shopping centre located directly beside the new Walmart Supercentre in Williams Lake, B.C. When fully developed, the centre will consist of approximately 100,000 square feet of retail space and offer a variety of retail opportunities including large and mid-sized boxes, commercial retail units and freestanding pad buildings. The project is located on the south side of Williams Lake near Canadian Tire and Wholesale Club. The site is located on Prosperity Way accessed from South Lakeside Drive via Highway 20. Current tenants at the shopping centre include SportChek, Dollarama, Bulk Barn, Bosley's Pet Food Plus, Warehouse One, Subway, Bell/Connects Wireless, and Noodle California. Future tenants include Winners and Easy Financial, with more announcements to follow.
Situated 286 kilometres north of Kamloops and 238 kilometres south of Prince George, Williams Lake has earned its nickname "The Hub of the Cariboo". Routing thousands of travelers north and south each year, Highway 97 is B.C.'s major interior route for tourism and commerce. Williams Lake services both the Cariboo and Central Coast Regional Districts. Prosperity Ridge will serve a local consumer population of 18,000 and a regional market of approximately 45,000 people.
