Station 44 Town Centre

Station 44 Town Centre is Fort St. John’s 220–acre master planned community anchored by a retail Power Centre.

About This Project

Located as the gateway to Fort St. John on the Alaska Highway, Station 44 Town Centre will meet the tremendous demand for retail, housing and service commercial space due to the prosperous economy of the region. The Station 44 Town Centre will boast complimentary service commercial, hotel, motel and truck service developments and a mix of multi-family, duplex and single family residential.

The economy of Fort St. John is booming with the British Columbia oil and gas industry headquartered there, high volumes of visitors travelling the Alaska Highway, and a stable agriculture and ranching base. As a result of this activity there is a demand for new housing options and retail services to meet the needs of workers, families and seniors.

G-8 Properties Inc. is rooted in the Fort St. John community, and are active land developers in northern British Columbia and Alberta. G-8 is partnering with Omicron Architecture Engineering Construction Ltd., Vancouver based design-builders active throughout Western Canada. Omicron Architecture Engineering Construction Ltd. are the master planners, development managers, designers and construction managers for the project. Together G-8 and Omicron are committed to developing real estate in Fort St. John over the long term.
